Haarslev Industries has announced that the company has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Flo-Dry Engineering Ltd. The transaction was closed on 9 December 2011. After the merger, Flo-Dry Engineering will operate as Haarslev Industries Ltd. http://www.haarslev.com offering the group’s full product program.
