Flo-Dry engineers design and build waste treatment plants for municipal sector and processing industries to efficiently extract products from waste which is recoverable as biosolids, biofuel, tallow or nutritional stock feed, fertiliser or bone gelatine.

As a result of the Flo-Dry research work a Reactive Distillation to convert tallow to Biodiesel was recently proven in a pilot plant.

Flo-Dry's advanced, innovative systems minimise by-product recovery costs resulting in fast pay-back and quality output with higher yields.

Flo-Dry waste processing systems can be configured to recover and recycle oil, hydrocarbons and other chemicals from effluent streams of oil refineries, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as sewage sludge.

These systems provide significant reductions in the cost of trade waste disposal, with greater in-plant control and processing efficiency at low energy consumption, odour and effluent emissions.
